On December 20, 2025, the plane cut through the clouds and landed at Singapore Changi Airport. With its stunning indoor waterfall and forest landscape, the "Jewel Changi Airport" unveiled our first impression of Singapore — a garden nation where nature and technology blend seamlessly.

After leaving the airport, we visited Kampong Glam's Haji Lane and the Merlion Park. The Merlion Park was bustling with tourists from around the world, and we marveled at the city's inclusivity and cleanliness. Colleagues spontaneously cupped caught the water spray from the lion's mouth, taking photos of each other and adding to the fun. A sense of tacit understanding gradually grew among us.

Next, we visited Mount Faber, Resorts World Sentosa, and Gardens by the Bay in Singapore. At Mount Faber, we reached the summit and took in the sweeping views, truly appreciating the beautiful landscapes of Singapore. In Resorts World Sentosa, we checked in for travel at the Universal Studios theme park, immersing ourselves in the fun and having an absolute blast. Our synergy spoke volumes without a word. At Gardens by the Bay, we marveled at the Supertree Grove.

Later, we visited the Sam Po Kong Temple, the Hang Li Po Well, and The Stadthuys in Malacca. With the tour guide's explanation, we learned that the Sam Po Kong Temple was built to commemorate Zheng He's voyages to the Southeast Asia, with every brick, tile, and even the architectural details like the flying eaves and bracket sets originating from China. From the elevated vantage point, we also glimpsed the world-renowned Strait of Malacca. This trip not only enriched us with historical anecdotes but also allowed us to witness firsthand the familiar yet awe-inspiring sight of the Strait of Malacca.

We also visited several notable sites in Malaysia, including the Floating Mosque, Merdeka 118, the Petronas Twin Towers, Merdeka Square, and the National Art Gallery. At the Floating Mosque, we dressed in robes and headscarves to enter, respecting local customs and beliefs. From a distance, we admired the Merdeka 118 tower and took creative photographs of its towering structure. The majestic sight of the Petronas Twin Towers left us in awe. At Merdeka Square, we captured memorable photos, feeling as if we had witnessed a piece of history firsthand. In the National Art Gallery, we immersed ourselves in the world of art, inspired by its exhibits. Through laughter and playful moments, our friendships deepened, and our understanding of one another grew stronger.

On the final day of our trip, we visited the National Palace of Malaysia, Batu Caves, and Ulu Kali Mountain. In front of the National Palace, we admired the exterior and took photos with the guards stationed at the entrance. Before the colorful steps of Batu Caves, we encouraged one another to complete the climb. We then took the cable car up to Ulu Kali Mountain, where we experienced the bustling malls and attractions built atop the cloud-covered peaks. Though reluctant to leave, we returned with hearts full of memories and boarded the flight back to Qingdao amidst laughter and chatter.
